Happy Wednesday! Today, I’m in your inbox with a simple side, and Meghan has a new review that answers the age-old question: are canned beans cool yet?

The Recipe: Cilantro-Lime Chickpeas

These chickpeas are tangy and perfect as a taco night side dish. You can even mash them up and stuff them inside a corn or flour tortilla for a little vegan taco if you please. Serve with guacamole on top, and you’ve got yourself a party.
