Happy Wednesday. I took some time off from recipes as I recovered from wisdom tooth surgery, but I’m back with a new recipe that will have you making the most of all the best summer produce.
Vegan Corn Chowder Recipe
Make the most of summer’s bounty with a comforting bowl of tomato-corn chowder. This recipe grates up those big, juicy summer tomatoes to make a perfect tomato purée that adds just the right amount of acidity to the chowder.
Reviews are back on!
I’m really excited to announce that product reviews on Exploring Vegan are finally moving ahead!
When I first launched Exploring Vegan, my goal was to develop a resource that encouraged people to explore the possibilities of plant-based. Whether you wanted to add a vegan meal to your routine once a week, once a month, or every day. Part of that includes learning about vegan products on the grocery shelves.
Unfortunately, I learned quickly that I stretched myself too thin, so the reviews part of the site has been sadly neglected for the past year.
That is all changing thanks to the hard work of Meghan. She’s a meat-eater-turned-vegan home cook who loves trying new products. Her experience gives a unique and realistic perspective on vegan products to help you decide whether you want to try them or not. Each review provides an in-depth analysis of the product along with photos of the entire cooking process.
A little about Meghan:
Meghan is a writer and home chef from Buffalo, NY. Newer to the vegan world, she's enjoying flexing her creative muscles by cooking with different flavors, methods, and products.Â
