Happy Tuesday! Today, I’m visiting with a new recipe and two new reviews!
This vegan kimchi ramen uses Mama O’s spicy kimchi paste (optional, but delicious for those who like it 🔥 hot 🔥 hot 🔥 hot 🔥) in addition to gochujang and kimchi for a broth that is bursting with flavor. Tofu and edamame team up to bring the protein, and coconut milk cools it down and gives the broth an irresistible creaminess.
