I’m sharing my recipe for the tastiest mushroom fried rice ever. A mixture of dry shiitake mushrooms and fresh baby bella mushrooms makes this fried rice totally irresistible. Like any stir-fry recipe, it does require some prep because the frying process moves FAST, so you don’t want to try and multi-task frying and chopping (trust me, I’ve learned the hard way).
Meghan was whisked away to a world of dairy-free sour cream and came back a little less impressed than I anticipated. Regardless, someone had to come out on top in a battle of the somewhat underwhelming vegan sour creams.
