Happy Tuesday. Today, I have new recipes to share, along with a few updates for 2026.
2026 Update
Hello, friends!
As I wrapped up 2025, I had one of those moments where you take a long look at where you’re spending time and energy. And while last year was full in so many ways, I realized I had been neglecting this newsletter and Exploring Vegan as a whole.
If you’re new here (or if it’s been a while), hi, I’m Kylie, and I also run Tried & True Recipes. I started Exploring Vegan as a way to shift my own eating habits with a focus on fewer animal products, more plant-based meals, and more intention around what I cook and why. It was never about perfection or taking an all-or-nothing approach to a plant-based diet. As the name suggests, my intention was exploration and to support those also exploring how more plant-based meals and products could fit into their lives.
Whether you’re 100% vegan, 10% vegan, or just curious about eating a little more plant-forward, this space is for you.
At the end of October, I officially left my corporate job to focus on my food sites full-time, and for the first time in a MINUTE, I finally have the space to dig into developing new vegan recipes, testing plant-based products, and building out the kinds of resources I always envisioned for Exploring Vegan.
If you’ve been subscribed for a while, thank you for sticking with me while I found my footing. I’m excited about the consistency and momentum I’m bringing into 2026.
You can also expect to see a lot more vegan content from me on Instagram and TikTok, so I hope you’ll join me there, too.
Here’s to more good food, more thoughtful choices, and a lot of new plant-based recipes coming your way this year.
